Ready to write an app for the TRAKR? Follow the steps below and get ready to dig into some code. Looking for how to load an App onto your TRAKR? See intructions here.
STEP 1 Download the App Primer
This is a one-time download for Windows and Linux users that includes sample code, a compiler, and instructions for getting acquainted with the TRAKR programming environment. You MUST download this in order to start writing apps for the TRAKR. Download ZIP file (32MB)
STEP 2 Read the TRAKR Codebook
You’ve downloaded the App Primer and now you have a great idea for a TRAKR app. It’s time to check out the TRAKR Codebook; a beginner’s guide to C programming for the Spy Video TRAKR. This downloadable PDF includes basic C programming vocabulary, TRAKR app examples, the TRAKR Function Reference, and some TRAKR code snippets.
NOTE: The Codebook is in "almost finished" status, and may have some errors or omissions. You can help your fellow coders by posting such things when you find them in the forum.
